Our company, the tax law firm Kratz & Krastins, has been advising and supporting companies, freelancers, private individuals and associations in Freisen and beyond for over 60 years. Our services focus on both private and corporate tax issues.

In 1956, Dr Fritz Kratz founded the tax office at today’s address. We continue to honour Dr Kratz’s vision of providing a complete personal service to the self-employed and private individuals in supporting them with their tax returns and all aspects of tax advice.
In 1975 the tax office was taken over by the founder’s daughter, tax advisor Rita Kratz-Krastins. Under her leadership, she expanded her father’s business and built a wealth of experience in tax advice for builders, tradesmen, service providers and companies.
In 2012, Andra Comiskey, the daughter of Ms. Kratz-Krastins, joined the firm as a partner. As a tax advisor and graduate in business administration, she initiated the gradual digitization of the tax office. By working with us, our clients can also enjoy the benefits of using the online DATEV accounting platform.
Andra’s fluency in English and detailed knowledge of international taxation, has been especially beneficial for our American and English clients in understanding and optimising taxation in Germany and overseas.
Local and international private individuals are conscientiously and carefully supported and advised on income tax returns, rental and leasing, gift tax and inheritance tax issues.
